A Note from the Executive Director
We at Coffee Connection are so very happy for this growing relationship with URMC as we are both in the life-saving business - pursuing similar missions. While working with women in recovery from addiction, trauma, and incarceration, Coffee Connection offers sober support and workforce development, as well as creating jobs. We proudly report a great success rate with launching women into other employment and sustaining sober life within our unique program while our current staff remain as a major part of our succession plan. URMC and Coffee Connection share the desire to serve our community, making it stronger and healthier. Partnering with URMC will allow us to work with more women in need of the program, life skills and resources we offer, a win-win for all!
